ARZ Movers Cargo Packaging L.L.C has been relocating homes and businesses in the UAE since 2003. We are a licensed moving company with our own crews, our own materials and our own warehouse, not a booking platform that sells your job to whoever is cheapest that week.
Who we are
A moving company, not a middleman
A large share of moving “companies” in Dubai own no trucks and employ no packers. They take your booking, subcontract the job, and disappear when something breaks. That is why quotes get revised on moving day and why nobody answers the phone afterwards.
We are the opposite of that arrangement. The crew that arrives at your door is employed by us and wears our uniform. The boxes are printed with our name. The warehouse your furniture is stored in is ours. When something needs fixing, there is nobody else to blame, so we fix it.
It is a slower way to grow a business and a much easier one to be accountable in, which, after twenty years and several thousand moves, is the part that has kept us here.
The name
أَرْض
ARZ means land
In Arabic, أَرْض, arḍ, means earth, land, ground. The place you stand on. It is a deliberate name for a company whose whole job is moving people from one piece of ground to another and making the new one feel settled.
Twenty years on, that is still the measure we use. A move is not finished when the truck pulls away. It is finished when the beds are rebuilt, the boxes are gone, and the new address feels like somewhere you live.

No price is issued without seeing the job, either in person or through photos you send us. A number given blind is a number that gets revised, and revised numbers are how customers get trapped.
The quote is written, itemised and fixed
You see what the crew costs, what the vehicle costs, what the materials cost. If the scope does not change, neither does the price.
One crew owns your move end to end
The people who pack your home are the people who unload it. No handovers between teams, no items lost between vehicles.
Damage is our problem, not yours
Goods are covered in transit and the cover level is stated on your quote before you book. If we break something, we deal with it.
We clear up before we leave
Boxes unpacked, furniture reassembled, packing waste taken away. A finished move means you can use the room, not that the truck has left.
