Most Dubai towers release the service lift in two- or three-hour blocks and fine you for overrunning. We confirm your slot with building management first, then size the crew so the job fits inside it.
Studios and one-beds are priced honestly
A studio is not a villa, and you should not pay villa rates. Smaller homes get a smaller crew and a smaller vehicle, and the quote reflects that.
Nothing marks the walls on the way out
Corner guards, floor runners and lift blankets go in before the first box comes out. Security deposits get withheld over scuffed lift walls and chipped door frames, that is avoidable, so we avoid it.

Do you handle the building move-out permit?
Yes. Send us your tenancy details and we prepare the NOC and move-out paperwork most Dubai buildings ask for, then confirm the slot with management.
What if the service lift is too small for my sofa?
We check lift dimensions during the survey. If a piece will not fit, we dismantle it or plan a stair carry, and you know the cost before moving day rather than during it.
How long does a one-bedroom apartment move take?
Typically four to six hours door to door within Dubai, assuming lift access at both ends. Your survey gives you a specific window.
