What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote for and carry out your move.

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The addresses you are moving from and to.
• Details about the move, property size, services needed, preferred dates.
• Any photographs or notes you send us to help produce a quote.
• Anonymous website analytics, such as which pages were viewed.

How we use it

• To produce your quotation and arrange the survey.
• To plan and carry out your move, including permits and building access.
• To contact you about your booking.
• To issue invoices and receipts.
• To improve the website by understanding which pages are useful.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your details with other moving companies.
• We do not send marketing messages you have not asked for.
• We do not store card details, payments are handled entirely by our payment providers.

WhatsApp enquiries

When you submit a quote request choosing WhatsApp, your details are composed into a message that you send from your own WhatsApp account. That conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy as well as this one. We retain the enquiry so we can quote and follow up.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment providers on their own secure pages. Card numbers are never entered on, transmitted through, or stored by this website. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the reference and amount.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used and to measure which pages generate enquiries. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally with cookies disabled.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while we are quoting and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records relating to completed moves and payments are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes under UAE law.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry information is limited to the staff who need it to quote for and carry out your move.
