Scheduled around your business, not ours
We move most offices on a Friday evening or over a weekend. The team leaves on Thursday from the old desk and arrives Monday at the new one, with the boxes already in the right places.
Labelled by seat, not by room
Every desk, chair, monitor and cabinet is tagged to a named seat in the new floor plan. Staff find their own equipment on arrival instead of hunting through a stack of identical boxes.
IT handled with the right care
Workstations, servers and network gear are packed in anti-static wrap, transported separately from bulk furniture and reconnected on site. Cabling is photographed before disconnection so it goes back the same way.

Furniture reassembled, boxes placed in the right rooms, and all packing waste taken away.

Can you move our office outside working hours?
Yes, and we recommend it. Evening, overnight and weekend moves are standard for us and carry no surcharge.
Do you reconnect computers and servers?
We disconnect, transport and reconnect standard workstations and network hardware. For complex server rooms we work alongside your IT team or provider, and we photograph every cabling layout before we touch it.
How much notice do you need for an office move?
Two weeks is comfortable for offices under fifty staff, that gives time for a survey, a floor plan and a labelling scheme. We have done faster when a lease demands it.
