Packing is where moves are actually won. Items break because they were packed badly three days earlier, not because the truck hit a bump. Our crews pack for the journey the items are about to take.

Pack everything, or only the parts you dread
Full packing covers the whole home. Partial packing covers the kitchen, the wardrobes and the fragile items, and you handle the rest. Both are quoted clearly at the survey.
Fragile items get their own method
Plates go on edge, not stacked flat. Glassware is individually wrapped. Artwork and mirrors travel in corner-protected cartons. Electronics are wrapped anti-static and boxed with their cables labelled.
Unpacking is a service, not an afterthought
We unpack, position furniture, reassemble what we dismantled and take every empty box and offcut of wrap away with us. You are not living with a wall of cardboard for a fortnight.

Everything is wrapped, boxed and labelled room by room. Furniture is dismantled and its fittings bagged.
Moving day
Loaded, transported and unloaded by the same crew, with floors and doorways protected at both ends.
Setup and clear-up
Furniture reassembled, boxes placed in the right rooms, and all packing waste taken away.

Packing & Unpacking, your questions answered
Do I pay extra for boxes and materials?
No. Materials are included in the quoted packing price. You are not billed per box afterwards.
Can I pack some rooms myself?
Yes, and many customers do. Tell us which rooms you are handling at the survey and the quote reflects it. Note that items you pack yourself are covered differently to items we pack, we will explain that in writing.
Do you take the empty boxes away afterwards?
Yes. Empty boxes, wrap and packing waste are removed at the end of the unpacking service at no extra charge.
