Licensed, insured, and easy to verify
Dubai has a lot of unlicensed movers. Here is our licence number, our registered name and what our insurance actually covers, so you can check before you book, not after something goes wrong.

Insurance
What is actually covered
Insurance is only useful if you know what it covers before you need it. Here is ours in plain terms.
Goods in transit
Your belongings are covered from the moment they are loaded to the moment they are placed in the new property. The cover level that applies to your move is stated in writing on your quote.
Items we packed
Where our crew packed an item, it is covered on the same terms as the transport. This is the main reason full packing is worth considering for fragile contents.
Items you packed yourself
Owner-packed boxes are covered differently, because we cannot verify how something was wrapped inside a sealed box. We will explain the distinction in writing rather than leaving you to find it in the small print.
Property damage
Damage to the building, scuffed lift walls, chipped door frames, is our responsibility, which is why floor runners and corner guards go in before anything moves.
High-value items
Artwork, antiques, pianos and jewellery should be declared at survey so cover can be confirmed in advance. Undeclared high-value items may fall outside standard cover.
Before you book anyone
How to check a mover in Dubai
This applies to us as much as to anyone else. A legitimate company will not mind being asked.
- Ask for the trade licence name and number, and check it against the DET register.
- Confirm the licensed activity actually covers moving and packing.
- Ask what the insurance covers and get it in writing on the quote.
- Check there is a verifiable business address, not just a mobile number.
- Insist on a written, itemised quote before paying anything.
